About Transvax

Summary

This tool lets you simulate the possible outcome of releasing the vaccine at various locations for a specified amount of time that it is allowed to propagate through the region by viral transmission.

The Simulation

You can specify which locations the vaccine will be released and how many days to allow it to propagate.

The tool uses the Transmissible Virus Model to calculate the outcome then delivers the final results and summaries to you.

The Model

The model numerically solve a system of equations that define the result of releasing vaccines into a region for a given time period.

At each discrete time step, the Transmissible Virus Model is applied to the current state.
